Hi, I’m Dave and I have had the privilege of serving as Pastor of TCA Church since April of 2014. I have been married to the love of my life, Tera, for 27 years, and we have three amazing young adult sons. We moved to Clearwater from the Chicago area (Go Cubs Go!), where we had spent most of our lives. I graduated from Crown College (St. Bonifacius, MN) in 1996 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and in Biblical Studies, and I am ordained in the Christian & Missionary Alliance (C&MA). My heart is to consistently proclaim God’s Word with accuracy, clarity, and passion…and to do it in a way that hits real life. My heart is also to shepherd people not just from the pulpit, but also through relationships and personal care. I have always believed, as far as a ministry philosophy, that you can impress people from a distance, but you truly minister to them up close. I am a second-generation pastor, as well as a second career pastor…after serving in a business capacity at the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago for 17 years. While continually wanting to be in a posture of humility and learning, I am secure in the joy that God has called me to pastoral ministry with the mission of pointing people to Jesus…through whom alone is forgiveness for sin and eternal life! If I had to pick one, my life verse that I cling to time and again is 2 Timothy 1:12… “Yet I am not ashamed, for I know whom I have believed and am persuaded that He is able to keep that which I have committed unto Him against that day.” May God bless you in your life journey, and I look forward to hopefully connecting soon!

Megan Larson

Children's Ministry Director

Hello, my name is Megan Larson, and I am the Children’s Ministry Director here at Tri-County Alliance Church. I began this role in the fall of 2018, and love working with our kids and families here at TCA! I believe that building foundational relationships with children and their families is what will keep them connected to the church as they get older, and that fostering a relationship with Christ is the most important part of ministry. I grew up in a strong Christian home and accepted Christ as my savior as a child. I graduated from North Central university with a major in Elementary Education and a minor in Biblical Studies. My family and I live here in Clearwater.

Jake Lukkarila

Youth Ministry Director

Hi I am Jake! As a youth director, I strive to create an environment where our young people feel embraced, supported, and empowered to grow in their faith. We encourage open and honest discussions, challenging the youth to question, learn, and develop a personal relationship with Jesus. Our desire is to see the youth not just attend church, but to truly embrace their faith, carrying it with them as they navigate life's challenges. I have bachelor degrees in Missional Ministries (youth ministry) and psychology. My wife and I have been attending TCA since 2022 and love working with youth and helping them find purpose and meaning in Christ in this crazy world.

Lori Norlien

Office Administrator

Hi, I am Lori! My husband, Kim, and I have been members of TCA since 2017. In 2025, I joined the staff at TCA. I gave my life to Jesus as a child during a Billy Graham crusade. In 1980, I married Kim Norlien, and we live in Monticello. We have raised four children and have been blessed with eleven wonderful grandchildren! We also own an art business that continues to reproduce and promote art that reflects God’s glory in all of creation.

I graduated from the University of Northwestern in St. Paul with a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Administration, and I enjoy helping our church community grow in Christ while deepening our relationships with one another as a church family. I also enjoy helping our pastor and ministry leaders with their various tasks and projects. One of the Bible verses I cherish is 1 Corinthians 15:57: “But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”
